Trying to replace colour using exact hex code color

    Hi All,

I'm designing a website and when I try to change the color of part of an image and it changes it to a very close color but not the actual hex code I specified.

Driving me crazy! Please can anyone help?

One of the hex colors I use is 00ADD0 which when I select "web only" (thinking this will make it display correctly on the internet) it shows up as 00cccc.

have you checked what mode you're in, CMYK or RGB etc? something like that is usually the reason for limited palettes.

I agree, check the palette mode as #00ADD0 isn't a web-safe color and it's falling back on to the closest color that is.
