White Eyes
hey all, I found this Image on a site and I tried to reproduce it using my face, but I seem to fall about 2 steps short...
If someone knows how to make an image like this it would be greatly appreciated  Using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 of course

Really, something like this depends on the picture. If your picture was taken in a dimly lit room, it's not going to turn out near as nice as a well lit pic. Thus, the steps for treating a pic like this differ.
So, eh... what steps did you fall short of? What do you have left to do? animgirl
