Why is a thread closed?
I am wondering why the thread about shortcuts not working has been closed? Im guessing because the subject was about pirated software but it wasnt as if anyone was promoting or asking how to get it or anything like that.
Anyway I checked with the previous owner of my computer and he swears that he paid for the software but he lost the disc when he moved offices. He has no reason to lie as he is an honest business man. Is there any other reason why the shortcut will not work? |

The thread was locked because the same question had been posted before and people eventually started posting links to illegal cracks that would "fix" their pirated software. In fear that this might happen again, the thread was locked.
As far as your problem, if you are SURE that your software is legal, then you can call up Adobe and they can help you fix it. Sorry about your luck on getting this problem. |

Thanks sam,
That makes sense. I will contact Adobe because I need to have a legal copy. If mine is a pirated copy I will buy a new one. I am running a business with it so cannot afford it to be illegal. |
