How do you make these lines on images?
I have been seeing these designs on images for a while but I have no clue how they are made and by what program. Can you guys give me ideas. Here is the attachment

Um.....its pretty simple
Select the marquee tool, hold it down and select the one that looks like a vertical line. That will select a straight line of pixels down the entire image.
Once its selected, fill it with white, or whatever colour you choose. (Pressing ALT+Delete will fill it with your foreground colour)

Thanks buddy, Just tried it out! How do you increase the size of the lines though and also make the lines some uniform distance btn them. I appreciate your help

After youve selected the line, to make it wider go to Select > Modify > Expand
Then choose how many pixels wide you want it to be. Then do the same ALT+Delete to fill it in with the foreground colour
Hitting CTRL+R will make rulers appear at the top and down the side so you can have them a certain distance apart.
