Animated GIF file size changing
Hi guys, I made some animated gifs in photoshop to use as advertisements, but the advertiser rejected them because I needed to add a boarder and limit the amount of time the gif played for. No big deal right? Pop on a boarder, change timing, save for web and suddenly the file size has more than doubled. I've tried playing with the colors and lossy and still can't get it down to a reasonable size, it needs to be about 40k.
The cause of this seems to be that in order to fit the boarder I needed to downsize the illustration layers slightly. As soon as I do that the file size skyrockets. Any idea why this is or what I could do to fix it?

Nevermind, I solved it. Seems one of the elements was shifting slightly when I resized the layers and was causing there to be extra animation every frame.
