Api - weird stuff going on! (users not getting right data?)

ok my api is primarily used by internal app guys to build ios/android apps.

What we have seen are some problems that we are unable to replicate such as:

    1. there is an endpoint which gives users their products bought - everytime i have impersonated a user and logged in, i have recieved the product that they bought, however we have had complains that the user is not seeing the same product, or different product which has left me scratching my head?
    2. there is an endpoint where user update their product progress - sometimes a new user who has bought a product is seeing progress set as 100% - but i have been unable to replicate this

could this be due to load issues? even though i have server maxed at 64GB ram, 20CPUs.

I have added logs in the database which automatically create arow when user adds/update the product progress
added logs in the server so that when an endpoint is called, i log the user id, endpoint called and any Params..

So what is your question? What is the API? Where is the code that is giving you trouble? Based on what you posted, how do you expect anyone on this forum to help?
There are 10 kinds of people in the world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.

i agree - i was just wondering without the need for posting code, if someone could generalise why this might be? ie maybe from experience or maybe it is the server load etc..

    Dude, trade you.

Does your front-end manipulate any data from the backend? If so, it might be browser and Javascript issues.
