Assign port number to a web folder?

Hi, if someone comes to my IP with a specific port number, for example 55.55.55.55:4321, I want that to automatically go to a specific folder in my document root, which is a test blog.

Any help in pointing my in the right direction?

Set up a(nother) virtualhost in Apache (or whatever web server) listening to that port and rooted in that folder.

Thanks, searching for virtualhost now. Hopefully I can modify httpd.conf on my shared server...

Shared server? Very, very unlikely you can do this.
