    As you all know the in the function assigned with register_shutdown_function() one can not use echo, print and other output functions.

    Well, if you include a file from that function, you can output anything from that include file. Works perfectly in PHP4 on Win32... didnt test it on Unix but I think it should works the same way.

    also, just checked, you can call for other functions which can output text as well.


    Can anyone confir this on other platforms?

    I haven't tried it, but it looks like a bug. Output defeats the purpose of the function.
