hello
im new to web development but i managed to learn alot so far i was just wondering how do i build a site thats something similar to hackquest.com or hackthissite.com like :
user registration
user login
personal page
update personal page on completion

any or all advice you can give me will be much appericated

There are tons of tutorials for all this stuff. All you need to do is google it.

Except that you should find current tutorials. Avoid any using the mysql_* functions, like mysql_connect, mysql_query, etc. Find one that uses mysqli or PDO and prepared statements.
