i'm trying to run PHP with Apache on Win32... it works as CGI, but php_value in .htaccess is causing an error... so, is there any way to build PHP as Apache module for Win32?

    Thank you.

I don't think it's possible. However it may be, but you'd need Visual C++ 5 to compile it. The very command that tells PHP to be a DSO is a UNIX command so it won't run under Win32. Its possible to compile Apache under Win32 certainly, but I'm not sure it's possible to compile anything into it, like PHP.
