Shiju- With all due respect your website needs help. If your going to post the link and promo it here, you are going to recieve the criticism here as well.

    1) You can't browse through potential employees from the first page. I understand this might be because you have none yet, and that is forgivable, but the fact that you have to register before you see anything of critical value is not.
    2) The registration process is too LENGTHY. Also there is no assurance that all the personal info will not be sold and spammed upon. I know you from this board, so I know you are legit, but most of your potential customers do not.
    3) The query choices are too narrow. I don't know exactly what I want, so you should allow a more general query from which I can look over some real people's credentials and then narrow the choice later. It is critical to know that there are employees available even if they are not exactly the kind I want.
    Check out HTTP://www.elance.com
They do a great job of getting right to the point. But from what I here they are actually struggling as a business because of a "trust gap" of finding employees online. Seems there are alot of employees and employers that are either not as serious as they make themselves sound or are not as qualified as they make themselves sound.

Good luck. Sorry for the nature of the facts as I see them.
