Any one have, or know where i can get a nice
counter that can tell me where my visitors are comming from and what browser, os and stuff like that they are using ?

There are some web-based services that do that for you, but you have to put their little graphic counter on your page to benefit.

If you have access to your web server's logs, they should contain most of the info you need.

Or you could write something in PHP. Look at this example:

Hi jpenix and thx for your Reply.
I have access to all the web server's logs, but i whant this to be userfrendly, ppl that host pages on my server can se the stats on ther webpages witch are hosted on my
server, so the best way would be to grap info
from the logs and post it on the web am I
right ? would that be hard to do i'm realy new to this stuff URL

There are lots of programs that analyze your webserver log files. It's very common for a host to provide a HTML page of website stats generated from their log files.

One of the more common analyzers is Analog:
