Wordpress - Creating a Second Navigation Bar.

I am currently working with the theme "The Corporation" by Elegant Themes.

I am trying to create a second navigation bar that will appear above the included navigation bar. I am not a PHP designer, I work with mostly HTML and JQuery.

I have searched online for any help that is available to me and nothing that I have seen or tired has worked.

It just needs to be a simple navigation bar with a transparent background that links to About Us and Contact Us. The Header of the web page is black so the font needs to be white as well.
