Delete while upload

Hello there.
I have a website that is constantly being attacked by a spam - -virus like program called Remax.
When i check every 2 - 3 days in my home directory, i see a created folder in which there is somewhere a folder or file, called Remax. So i need to create a php file put it in main directory or somewhere and each time that i or someone else tries to upload a file, then to delete this file, or maybe every 12 hours for example to scan the whole directory and if a folder or file containing the word remax exists, to delete this file.

Do you think that a php file should do the job?If yes, any help?If not, do you propose another solution?

um, are you serious? When you constantly see a file/folder being created on your server, then obviously there's something wrong with the server. It's infected by a virus/worm/trojan/whatever, and the solution is to actually remove the infection.
