I'm getting fed up with a common problem among all webmasters - cross compatibility. Is there a way to use PHP to detect OS, Browser, Resolution, etc. and then give a popup or something to that affect notifying them if they have incorrect settings for your site? If so, you're help in showing me how to do it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is a get_browser() command and some others covered here...
    http://www.php.net/manual/function.get-browser.php

    Read the comments, also.
