How do you mean, by FTP?
They can't with a browser as long as you have an index page in the directory and as long as you have your server set to have php parse the page, all they'll be able to get is the resulting HTML output. THAT they can save and there isn't anything anyone can do about it, this is true for all types of webpages, if it's sent to the browser they can save it.
