Generating an image with PHP

I a gif or jpg file saved in a database and have the text that makes up this file. The information looks something like "IF87a-ß¿þýûàß¿ïß?ÿþýðïß?÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþøà?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷à?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþ÷ÿÀ¿ÿ ÿ¿ýß?þï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø ÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ïÿàß¿ðïß?ø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþø÷ï?ÿþ?ÿþøà?üû÷À¿ÿÀ?" I am wondering how I can call on a php script to turn this back into an image to be viewed by html.
