    Hi,
    I would appreciate it if anyone out there could tell me how to get the systen time and date in PHP. I am new to PHP but i have done ASP.
    In ASP we can get the time by using <% =Now%>
    So i would like to know how to get the system time in PHP which will give me the Date and the time together by just using one word.
    Thanking you guys in advance,

    Hi,

    Use the date() function. Here's info on the available options:

    http://www.php.net/manual/ref.datetime.php

    Example:

    echo (date ("H:i:s"));
