how to keep file no more than ten line?

I want to write to file ten.html,
as below:
$fp=fopen("/home/bnnn/public_html/ten.html","a");
fwrite($fp,"<tr><td class="chn"><img src="news/images/pinksquare.gif" width="8" height="7" border="0"><a href="disfa.php?id=$id">$titlen</a></td></tr><br>");
fclose($fp)

I need to use it SSI to my homepage,
Is there any nice person tell me about it?
I am looking for answer. I really appreciate it!

i had the same problem. I even added AddHandler server-parsed .php3 to my httpd.conf in Apache, but that started giving errors, untill somebody told me about the include() function. This includes the file and parses it as well. Everything works fine now

i think i should to use Array to solve it,
