Will that .exe do anything besides run a PHP script? If not then why not just make the script be the one in the scheduled task?

Hello requinix,

Thank you for your quick reply.

The exe will only run PHP script.
My client wants it to be a .exe file, so a solution to this would be helpful.

Do let me know how to set a PHP script to be scheduled task in windows system.

Can you tell them that it's stupid to make an .exe whose only purpose is to run a PHP script? Really, really stupid. It's like sending an envelope inside a shipping crate.

I know they're the client but you are the developer and they have to be able to accept advice from you.
