PHP5 - Looking for good html editor other than Dreamweaver to write PHP code?

I'm looking for a good HTML editor other than Dreamweaver to write PHP code; maybe something with intellisense. I currently have Dreamweaver CS3 and it continues to freeze on me. Rather than just do a re-install I wanted to know what else was out there.

"Intellisense" is Microsoft's brand name for the standard feature called "autocomplete."

Zend is a good choice, though it's expensive. Since you've already "purchased" the $400 Dreamweaver CS3, the $200 Zend7 license shouldn't be that big of a deal for you.
