    I take it by the filenames you are referring to you are talking about PHPMyAdmin for phpwizard.net I will assume you have php and mysql running on your server. This is just a tool for adminstering a MySQL database using php. YOu need to have both running or this tool will be uselss. You need to take the config.inc.php3 file and fill it with your information specifically
    //Set this to your host
    $cfgServers[1]['host'] = ''; // MySQL hostname
    $cfgServers[1]['port'] = ''; // MySQL port - leave blank for default port
    $cfgServers[1]['adv_auth'] = false; // Use advanced authentication?
    $cfgServers[1]['stduser'] = 'root'; // MySQL standard user (only needed with advanced auth)
    $cfgServers[1]['stdpass'] = ''; // MySQL standard password (only needed with advanced auth)
    //Set this to your mysql username
    $cfgServers[1]['user'] = ''; // MySQL user (only needed with basic auth)
    //Set this to your mysql password
    $cfgServers[1]['password'] = ''; // MySQL password (only needed with basic auth)
    //Set this if you only have access to one db
    $cfgServers[1]['only_db'] = ''; // If set to a db-name, only this db is accessible
    $cfgServers[1]['verbose'] = '';

    If your database resides on the same server as the program just use
    $cfgServers[1]['host'] = 'localhost'; // MySQL hostname
    Or if not
    $cfgServers[1]['host'] = 'www.domain.com'; // MySQL hostname
    will suffice
