    if ($entered_username = $access_username) :
    if ($entered_password = $access_password):
    $blah blah; #do whatever the action is
    else PRINT "Bad Password";
    else PRINT "Bad User Name";

    This is a simple if else statement that should do it. If you want multiple users to be able to do it you'll need to come up with either a different way to check it or a loop to check multiple times.
