Hello
I need some help. Is anyone know a programm wich allow to developp a multilanguage project without paying something for all the Web Server that I could provide. I allow want to developp the french version and the english translation will be realised by someone who don't know anything on the web developpement so this programm need to be easly usable for someone who only need to do the translation. If you don't understand all what I need you can email me for information.
