    Is it ok to return false or return true from the constructor??? also is there a way to make a deconstructor???

    No. Workaround: use a flag property and check it after instantiation.

    No. Workaround: create a method and call it say "destruct". From the script:

    $obj->destruct();
    unset($obj);
