PHP-General - PHP forms playing tricks on me

Hi, would anyone happen to know why my php forms come into my email looking like below? Some lines are perfect then all of a sudden if someone enters a longer input, the forms do this: (look at Additional Truck info) - I was told this is a "limitation of php?!!!!" doesnt sound right --- thanks!

Have you tried formatting your emails as HTML?

I agree - coding the output in HTML will get around this, but I have also noticed the same errors on my plain text emails. This is to do with the actual email client rather than the formatting, so if you use Outlook, it might state something like "line breaks have been removed... click here to add line breaks"

Try explicating setting end of line,

e.g.

PHP Code:
 Additional Truck: <?php echo $addition_truck_text PHP_EOL ?>
