    Hi,

When looking for my previous answer myself, I came across another site, but it is in germany. Can some one translate it for me please?

    I saw "... PHPLIB ... PHP4 *die* ..." does it mean they don't work?

PS. the above is quoted from http://www.php-center.de/faq/faq-20.htm .

    Thanks for your help

    Tong

You can translate it at http://babelfish.altavista.com

    It translates as:

PHP4 contains sessions after the model constituent inserted of PHPLIB as of the language. Sessions are stored according to standard as files in a directory, but over session modules also a data base, a Shared MEMORY segment or another persistenter memory can be used. Differently than PHPLIB PHP4 can add the session ID automatically at URLs.
