Can someone tell me where the printer friendly version of the PHP documentation is located now?

I like to move around. Go outside, drink my coffee, and read my material...where ever I happen to be when I get the time. That's hard to do if you're lugging around a laptop on a ranch in the Texas plains on a 110 degree day. Any help on locating the files would be greatly appreciated. Paper is better...at times.

There is a Acrobat third-party manual on the PHP main site. This is a hefty manual. After a couple of hundred pages I stopped printing it. Be sure to print odd, then even pages, turning around the paper.
