I need code for how to check phone number with phone numbers present in database.If we enter duplicate i need to get pop-up box.please....

javascript wont be able to communicate with your database directly, you will need to do ajax calls to the server to check if the phone number is already in the DB.

nope, you'll find that we will happily help you with problems, but we wont write the code for you.
