PHP-DB - Scheduled Emailed DB Backup

I've been doing some research and found a couple scripts that will backup a zipped copy of MySQL DB and email it to me.

I don't have time to completely reinvent the wheel, nor do I want to. If anyone could recommend a good script please let me know.

I'm currently considering backup2mail, but it looks a little dated.
