Hi all,

I am looking for a PHP script that makes a form verification

The action of the form would be the same page in order to keep variables easy to get.
Error message will be personalise for each form's object.

Can anyone help me

You will have to write one script yourself for this purpose.you can find out some online tutorial related to same topic.
