Get site images and page title from url

    Hi,

So just like in facebook or google+, I would like my user to enter a link, then pull some images and the page title from that link's page.

Is there a javascript lib out there that does this?

    Thanks.

A JavaScript library? How's that supposed to work? You need an HTML rendering engine on the server. After searching Google for 2 minutes, I found PhantomJS, which is based on the WebKit engine (as used by Safari).

There are certain words used by hackers to try to gain access to systems and manipulate data; therefore, the following words are restricted: "select," "delete," "update," "insert," "drop" and "null".

So the term I was looking for was Link Preview.

I'm using Drupal and this seems to work.
