Site stuck on loading

Some of my site visitor cannot access and say it stuck on loading.
I am using ubuntu LAMP Virtual server PHP5
I have tried to look for the cause anywhere but did not find any clue
Apache access log show http request with status 200.
Anyone have an idea what can be the cause of this problem?

Collect more information from your users. What browser are they using when this happens? What OS? What internet connection?

I did that and found no systematic infrastructure or environment to connect with this problem. It reproduce randomly on any browser any OS any ISP and any geographic location. I am puzzled with the fact that although apache log give status 200 they are having this problem.

Maybe your problem is server-side.

Do you buffer your code before displaying it? If not, watch out for headers or sessions being sent after HTML is sent to the client.

Also, maybe you have some faulty logic. Go through your code and add a bunch of syslogs at appropriate locations to gather more data.

If your VM host/master is on Windows [XP,Vista,7], you will run into a connection limit of 10 concurrent connections. Its possible this is happening and causing some users to not be able to connect while others are browsing your site.
There are "hacks/patches" available that can patch your tcpip.sys file in Windows to get around this limit if this is the cause.
