    Hi,

I'm working on a simple form submission app. I got it to work but when I moved the access database to a different directory and reconnected the odbc datasource, it stopped working.

i get this error after i submit the form:

Warning: SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Operation must use an updateable query., SQL state S1000 in SQLExecDirect in d:medschadminregistrationaddstudent.php on line 17

Both directories have the same permissions and settings. I've tried rebooting, that didn't help. I tested the new directory with some simple php (submit and output) and that works.

    please help
    thanks

Did you change database file location in your odbc dsn set up?.

probably you must not have given correct database location in your odbc setup.
