What do you mean they're all different? On all 3 of your computers, the two URLs in the first post return different stylesheets?
If you're able to reproduce the issue, check the source and see if maybe they're hitting a different CSS file or something.
For me, those two URLs return identical websites with identical IPs.
It's possible his server is caching these bad pages somehow, with eaccelerator or something similar installed old versions can "hang around" but normally those are served to everyone, not just a select handful of people.
