Is there any testing psuedo server/platform for PHP? Like the PHP equivalent of Personal Web Server for ASP.

I want to start learning PHP and I was wondering the fastest and easiest way to test your code.

You can run a PHP engine on PWS. Go to www.php.net and download files and instructions. I recomend php4.
