    Trying to make a complete site .

    Hello . I'm a beginner in this . but i have some ideas and i really found of programming. Now i faced a problem with connecting my DB (i made it with denwers phpMyAdmin) and index in HTML. Befor starting to read the corresponding literature i want to s k u how it should be (on example of "Log-in" and "Register")?
    Am i need to write some JS code for the on-click event or its enough to plug-in some php file with respected functions then the text from "log-in" field will be written to the php variable where using API it would be found in the database and returned back for making a user page ?
    so :
    1)can i do that without JS in on-click events for mu buttons or there are some issues that i don't know ?

    2)My schema is right ?
    a)log-in filed("enter your e-mail ot user name");
    b)text from text field goes to php variable ;
    c)php function founds the userinfo using some issues for working with MySql and returns them for creating a Users web-page ?

    P.S.
    I'm Sorry if my english is bad , it's not my native language .

    Welcome to DevShed.

    Generally speaking Javascript has nothing to do with a login/register feature of a website, as it is a client-side language. You would use a server-side language/collection such as Cold Fusion, .NET, PHP, Perl, Python, etc.

    I'm just going to point you in the direction of this PHP Login tutorial by E-Oreo and recommend that you read some other basic tutorials for web-based programming languages. I would recommend PHP or Perl to start with as they have the larger, more active communities on these forums.

    Would some PHP devs mind posting a few decent tutorials. No links to W3Schools thank you very much.
