    I have solved the problem, it is trivial. The third party settings was not enabled in IE in privacy advanced settings!

    Maybe next time you will do your OWN homework before taking the easy way out? I can't believe it took you 21 days of back and forth on this site before you took the initiative to solve your own problem. Good that you finally did it. Bad that you waited so long. Forums can only do so much. They can look at your code and help you. They can't look at your environment and help you.
