here on DevShed. My question is where will the uploded file end up at on my vitural server? This is the command exec( "cp $picture /full/path/to/joesauto/images/$picture_name");? If this ends up in mydomain-www and I want it in mydomain-www/images what do I add?

Well after some time I have found the answer.
So I am posting it here, hope it helps someone The comand to upload the file to my server (virtual) using a form is

exec( "cp $picture /home/my_user_name/my_domain_name-www/directory_name/$picture_name");

The directory must have full permisions
This will upload the file with the same filename and ext as it is on the users computer.
