    hey guys, m new here and new in PHP programming and m excited to new you awesome people.
    I want to develop project approval system on PHP platform.
    Can anybody give me ideas as to how to start this project.any kind of help would really appeciated.

    This is a pretty vague question. Perhaps you should do some WORK first and then ask for an opinion here.

    I'd offer 2 ways to start.

    1.) A decent text editor. I use PSPad.

    2.) A little reading. PHP.net


    Edit: Wow. When did they update the manual? ^_^

    The new one is still beta. Clear your cookies and go back, you'll have the old site with a banner at the top asking you to try out the new site (which apparently you clicked)
