    The limit is imposed by the browser. I am not 100% sure on this, but I believe for most browsers it is around 255 bytes.

    I really gotta congradulate you, j0sh. You're probobly the only person I've seen who isn't afraid to come here first for answers to every question they have (big or small). Most people I know only come here as a last resort for fear of being yelled at (and I don't blame them, most people I know ask very long questions and are very sloppy coders )

    But yeah, I just figured I'd point that out.

    (Or I could be just really stupid - in that case, ignore me )

    @ bezeek:
    maybe you saw that some topics are about "professional coding", so i wanted to know some details, too.
    better ask them now and know them instead of working around them somehow only to see some time that i could have done it far more easier.

    maybe some of those "slappy" coders come here and learn something out of these topics that they were afraid to ask.
