Weird code, how to decode to text/string?

I have a php file which has unusual characters (perhaps unicode?). I tried using online converters (hex/binary/unicode etc.), but no luck on the conversion (to text/string).

I tried posting the code here but the unicode changed into boxes, so I uploaded to rapidshare;

Code:
http://www.rapidshare.com/files/250787605/code.zip.html

Can anyone please help?. On how to turn the php file to readable/functionable php. Maybe a working converter or script.

Seems to be a PHP question -- moved to PHP forum from Security/Cryptography.

It's encoded probably because it's a commercial product that you need to pay for. Find the person who deserves the money for it, and they'd be happy to make any changes you like.
