Could someone please give me an example of how to read/write to txt file in PHP. I know how to in ASP, but i have no clue in PHP.

PHP has a whole slew of functions for manipulating files (text or otherwise).

Check thru the functions here:
http://www.php.net/manual/ref.filesystem.php3

And let us know if any give you particular trouble!
