I got the xitami/php3/mysql installation to work almost perfect on my Win NT 4.0 server at home.
But it seem to be a annoying problem which I'm not able to fix...
When using the <? header("Location: /") ?> tag in php3 (which autodirects to the link you specify), I get a "URL not found on this server"...
I have tried a lot of things to avoid this, but nothing seems to help.
Most php3 scripts utilize this function in PHP3, and they are worthless until I get this problem solved.
Anyone have an idea?

Location headers must contain an absolute URI, you cannot use a relative one. So, your code should look something like this:
<? header("Location: http://www.gameaddicts.net"); ?>
For more on the Location header, see the HTTP 1.1 specification:

Where are you trying to get directed to? If it's just the root dir of your web server, try <? header("Location: http://127.0.0.1/"); ?> or similar instead of just /.
Also, relative URLs do work in HTTP headers...
