PHP5 - Zend Php 5.3 Certification Voucher

Hello all,

I have a valid Zend Php certification exam voucher that will remain valid until March 27th 2013. I tried to return it and get my money back from Zend but they tell me I cannot, I can only transfer to someone else. The voucher costs $180 and I am looking to get $160 OBO. I am selling because I recently got a new job as a .net C# developer and am no longer interested in getting certified in Php. Payment type will be Paypal so it will be secure for both parties so there is no risk.
