I may be overlooking something really obvious here, but is anyone aware of any piece of software (that runs on Linux, Mac or Win2K) that is similar in functionality to Microsoft's InterDev/SourceSafe/MSDN packages, but interfaces with an Apache server (under Linux) that's utilizing PHP/mySQL rather than ASP/SQL?

The only thing close to what I'm looking for is KDevelop (part of KDE), but that's primarily for C++ developers, from what I can tell.

I'd really like to be able to use PHP/mySQL for this site, but without the development tools... well, its a hard call. It's times like this where I wish I was an application programmer - I'd just write the damn thing.

    Thanks,
