    Can any one tell me what data type or key name used in MySQL to set a boolean data type.

    I've read that boolean type _will_ be included in PHP4, ie there's no boolean in PHP3. :-(

    Errr,

    There is boolean in PHP!! True,False and 0,>=1, what sort of language doesn't have boolean.

    Secondly I believe mfkoo was referring to datatypes in MySQL, although reading it again I am not sure??.

    In case that is the case I just had quick look and MySQL doesn't have a boolean datatype. But theres nothing stopping you creating it through ENUM.

    I've used an enumerated type:

    enum('0','1')

    it works pretty well for me.

    Yeah.. Now I got it already, thanks every one.

    I have to do a personalized page which let user to customize their page. Any one have ideas or not

    *PS-- Did not use database to store the user selected option, just use cookies. So, any one can provide advance knowledge about cookies or not?? Thankssss
