    What's the best PHP tutorial? I'm a medium level programmer. Know some C and pascal.

    Actually, all of them have their merits. Devshed probably has the best, Webmonkey's are pretty good, although they crack too many bad jokes. Phpbuilder.com tends not to be able to write any tutes for spankin' new php people, but good if you've got some experience with C, Perl, etc.

    But problem is I don't have MySQL or PostgreSQL.

    php is very easy to learn for c and perl programmers.

    i would suggest you to strat with webmonkey tutorial.

    Mysql also you can learn very easily if you have some knowledge about some databases like oracle,sql server or simple msaccess.

    I previously had C++ and Pascal knowledge (along with a small amount of Perl) and to learn PHP, first I did the PHP/mySQL tutorial on webmonkey.com, then I came here and did a few of the tutorials for PHP here. For the rest of what I know, I learned from the docs on php.net, and #php on efnet.
