    Well, there is a tutorial on the subject at: http://www.weberdev.com/ViewArticle.php3?AricleID=86

    But, frankly, I didn't have a whole lot of luck configuring Apache/PHP4 on my win9x machine..

    I wound up going to omniHTTPd server, which worked out rather well.

    As for MySQL, just visit mysql.com and download the win32 binary, follow their instructions, and you'll have little problems..

    MYSQL runs pretty much separate of the web server.
