    I am trying to set up and online community where people can come and make a site.

    <?
    include("../../include/common.inc");
    $title = "Limp Bizkit";
    $band = "limpbizkit";
    $newcd = "Significant Other";
    include("../../include/header.inc");
    include("../include/header.inc");
    ?>

    How would i got about having them submit names(i.e. $title = "Limp Bizkit" through a form and then hav them also insert the body from something like this

    <?
    include("../../include/common.inc");
    $title = "Limp Bizkit";
    $band = "limpbizkit";
    $newcd = "Significant Other";
    include("../../include/header.inc");
    include("../include/header.inc");
    ?>

    <!---------------------- BODY ---------------------->

    <?
    include("../include/footer.inc");
    include("../../include/footer.inc");
    ?>

    All in one form using MySQL and PHP?

    is the site going to be dynamic? you can put the title and body the user enters from a form into a database, and then just create your pages from that information.

    having a lot of dynamic pages like that might create a large load on your server, though.

    another options would be to have a template of a web page, with your includes for headers and footers and everything. within the body of the template, have something like, <!-- BODY -->, and for the title, <!-- TITLE -->. Open up your template file using fopen, read the file into a string, then do a replace, replacing <!-- TITLE --> with whatever the user entered, <!-- BODY --> with the text the user wants in their body. then save the text back into another file in the users directory.

    hope that helps...
